Braised Pork Noodles with Tomato

Put the raw noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook until it boils, then remove

Rinse the noodles with clean water and drain the water

Cut the tomatoes into the pot and stir fry

Stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft, add cooking wine and salt to taste

Then add the remaining shiitake mushroom braised pork and broth and continue to boil until boiling

Add lettuce

Add the drained noodles before

Cook until the dough is fully cooked

Add light soy sauce and salt to taste

Finally boil it

The cooked noodles can be eaten right away
Tips:
1. Put an appropriate amount of salt in the pot when noodles are cooked, so that the noodles are not easy to stick. Of course, it is okay to not noodles, the soup will be thicker;
2. Most of the noodles I cook are broth, and water can be added if it is insufficient;
