Braised Noodles with Bacon and Beans
1.
The kidney beans or gluten-free beans are sorted and broken. Chop bacon. I found that there are still octopus feet in the refrigerator. Let's use it, so cut the octopus feet into small pieces.
2.
Heat the pan, add oil, sauté the fragrant bacon, add green beans or gluten-free beans, a little light soy sauce, because the bacon, light soy sauce, and octopus are all salty, so do not add salt, 8 mature and add water, the water is a little bit more than the vegetables It would be better if you can see the water when you spread the cabbage later.
3.
I had less water, and later added some water, boiled water, topped with torn cabbage leaves, noodles, sprinkled with a little sugar, topped with octopus feet, turned to low heat, and covered the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
Shake the noodles with chopsticks halfway through and turn them over, but don't let the noodles touch the pot body. If the water is low, you can add some boiling water. If your noodles are not cooked yet, simmer for another 3 minutes, and then you can stir-fry them a bit. Drizzle with a little vine pepper oil and chili oil. The chili oil on the homemade beef sauce I used. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
5.
Eat it out of the pot!
Tips:
You can put more water to make the noodles softer.
Don't boil the pot frequently when braising the noodles.
