When I was in college in Wuhan, my favorite was hot dry noodles. Sometimes I had it for breakfast or lunch and dinner. I didn't feel tired of eating it. It has been almost ten years since I left Wuhan in a flash. I really miss the original taste.

Hot Noodles with Sesame Paste

1. Materials ready

2. Dice capers, finely chop green onions (you can also add some dried radish, but they don’t have it at home)

3. Boil water in a pot, cook the noodles and add a little salt

4. After removing it, drain it and put it in a dish, add a little cooking oil, and pick it up to avoid sticking.

5. Peanut butter into a bowl

6. Add a pinch of salt and sesame oil

7. Stir well with a spoon

8. Transfer the noodles into the bowl

9. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar according to personal taste

10. Pour in the sesame paste

11. Put capers and chives on top, mix well

Tips:

You can also add some dried radish, but you don’t have any at home. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy oil
