Braised bean curd noodles are a common Han characteristic snack in northern China, but rare in southern China. Braised noodles use steam to cook noodles and beans, so it is called braised noodles. The seasoning is only seasoned with soy sauce and a little white sugar. It seems simple, but it has both color and fragrance. It is a quick and delicious staple food.

Fresh and Delicious Braised Bean Curd Noodles

1. Remove the two ends of the kidney beans and remove the tendons

2. Wash the kidney beans and cut into 3cm sections

3. Mince ginger and garlic and set aside

4. Wash the beauty pepper and cut into circles for later use

5. Pour minced pork belly in a clean pot

6. Stir the minced meat until golden brown and oily

7. Pour in the minced ginger and garlic, stir fry for a fragrance

8. Pour in the green beans and stir-fry evenly

9. Stir-fry the green beans until the color changes, add the pepper rings

10. Add 2 scoops of soy sauce, stir fry to evenly color

11. Add 250ml water, 2 teaspoons white sugar

12. Add 2 teaspoons of white sugar

13. Put an appropriate amount of water in another pot, add alkaline water to the boil, blanch it slightly, and remove it for use.

14. When the soup is boiling in the pot, add the blanched alkaline water

15. Use chopsticks to spread the noodles evenly, cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes

16. When the soup in the pot is dry, put it into the bowl

Tips:

1. The braised noodles generally use fresh noodles. If it happens to be unavailable, you can use a more vigorous alkaline water noodles or soba noodles to blanch softly and then simmer them with the beans.
2. If you can’t eat spicy food, you don’t need to put beauty pepper
