Fresh and Delicious Braised Bean Curd Noodles

Remove the two ends of the kidney beans and remove the tendons

Wash the kidney beans and cut into 3cm sections

Wash the beauty pepper and cut into circles for later use

Pour minced pork belly in a clean pot

Tips:
1. The braised noodles generally use fresh noodles. If it happens to be unavailable, you can use a more vigorous alkaline water noodles or soba noodles to blanch softly and then simmer them with the beans.
