Braised Pork Sea Cucumber

Thaw instant sea cucumbers in advance.

Cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces.

Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it up and fry the pork belly over low heat.

Fry on one side until slightly yellow, then turn over and continue to fry on the other side.

Add sliced green onion and ginger and all seasonings except salt and chicken essence.
