Braised Pork with Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the pork and cut into pieces, cut the green onion into sections, slice the ginger, wash the dried chili and star anise and set aside.

Cut off the old roots of fresh tea tree mushrooms and clean them.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, add the meat and stir fry for a few minutes.

When the color turns white, add ginger spring onion, star anise, and dried chili.

Stir-fry for a while and add dark soy sauce, a little vinegar, sugar, salt, and cooking wine.

Add the water over the meat, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Then add tea tree mushrooms, boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Just collect thick gravy over high heat.
