Braised Red Snapper

Ingredients: One red snapper, because it is frozen, it must be thawed at room temperature.

Clean the red snapper, remove the scales, and marinate it with salt.

Raise the frying pan and fry the fish in a hot pot.
4.
After about a minute or two, turn the fish over and fry until golden on both sides.
5.
Stir in the cooking wine along the side of the pot, add ginger, light soy sauce, and simmer the fish in water for 5 minutes.
6.
The cooked fish is seasoned by adding green onions, pepper rings, and thickened with water starch.
7.
Braised fish is ready
