Braised White Fish

Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the scales, gills, internal organs, and black film of the white fish and control the water. Remove the seeds and cut peppers, cut the green onions, and peel and chop garlic cloves.

After drying the water on the fish, stick a layer of dry flour around the fish.

Tips:
1. To remove the fishy smell, you must remove the black film in the belly of the fish. The black film is more fishy. Then you can add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, and vinegar to remove the fishy smell.
2. 3. Steamed fish drum oil tastes delicious, but it has a salty taste, so the amount of salt should be reduced.
4. White striped fish can be eaten by most people. Note that it is not suitable for gout patients to eat white striped fish.
