Bread pudding comes from the British habit of diligence and thrift. The endless white bread has been transformed into a gorgeous bread pudding! COUSS E3 oven, precise temperature control + M-type heating tube, free control of temperature coloring! The burnt and crisp bread on the surface, I like this color very much. It is a good choice for breakfast or afternoon tea with a cup of milk or coffee!

Ingredients

Bread Pudding

1. Egg + sugar, stir until the sugar is completely melted, then pour in the milk and stir well;

2. Then add whipped cream, stir evenly, sieve twice, and let stand for 15 minutes at the end, the pudding liquid is complete;

3. When the pudding liquid is standing, cut the toast into small pieces and put them in a baking bowl;

4. Sprinkle with fresh blueberries, raisins, and dried cranberries, and slowly pour in the pudding liquid, so that the diced toast on the surface is also covered with the pudding liquid;

5. COUSS E3 oven, bake up and down at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Tips:

1. The dried fruits added can be changed to other things as you like;
2. The baking bowl is very hot when it is just out of the oven, so let it cool for a while before eating.
