Breadmaker Version of Kumquat Sauce

Prepare 1000 grams of kumquat and wash it with water several times

Tips:
I use Bachui’s 8500W jam function. One program is 1 hour and 20 minutes. I use rock candy. If you use big rock candy cubes, you must use a wall breaker to beat it, otherwise it won’t move and it will be damaged. Machine, you can marinate it with sugar for 2 hours. If you like the graininess, you don’t need to beat it very delicately.
