Everyone should know that kumquat has the effects of promoting body fluid and quenching thirst, relieving cough and reducing phlegm, and lemon is rich in vitamins, which can whiten and anti-oxidize, and is also very beneficial to the body. Today I use a bread machine to make it, which is much more convenient. Making kumquat into sauce is more convenient to eat and last longer. If there are various ways of eating, you can spread it on bread.

Breadmaker Version of Kumquat Sauce

1. Prepare 1000 grams of kumquat and wash it with water several times

2. Pour the right amount of water into the basin, add the right amount of salt, and soak for half an hour

3. The soaked kumquats are rubbed and washed several times, drained and cut into small pieces, removing the seeds

4. 3. Put it in a basin, add crushed rock sugar and marinate for one night

5. Put the marinated kumquats into the wall breaker

6. The finer the mixing, the better

7. Pour the mixed kumquats into the bread machine gun, select the jam function and click to start

8. 7. From time to time, scrape the kumquat on the edge with a spatula

9. When the jam function has 10 minutes to complete, pour in the squeezed lemon juice

10. After a program is over, the jam is ready

11. Put it in a sterilized bottle while it is hot

Tips:

I use Bachui’s 8500W jam function. One program is 1 hour and 20 minutes. I use rock candy. If you use big rock candy cubes, you must use a wall breaker to beat it, otherwise it won’t move and it will be damaged. Machine, you can marinate it with sugar for 2 hours. If you like the graininess, you don’t need to beat it very delicately.
