Brine Snails

Ingredients: meat snails (cleaned), ginger slices, green onions

Put the cleaned snails down into the pot.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then, put the green onion into it.

Take out the pan and serve.
