Brown Sugar Moon Cake Invert Syrup

Put 400 grams of brown sugar and 200 grams of water into a stainless steel pot, gently stir the sugar water over medium heat to mix, see that it is bubbling, add 50 grams of lemon juice

After adding the lemon juice, remember not to stir the syrup again. If the syrup sticks to the pot wall, you can use a brush dipped in water and gently brush it on the pot wall.
