1. Brownies.

2. Cut the butter into small pieces.

3. Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl, heat over water, stirring constantly until the chocolate and butter become liquid.

4. Beat the room temperature eggs into a bowl.

5. Use a manual whisk or chopsticks to break the eggs.

6. Add white sugar and stir well.

7. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and mix well. (If you don’t have vanilla extract, you don’t need to add it)

8. Pour the mixture of chocolate and butter in step 3 into the egg mixture in step 7, and stir evenly.

9. The mixed chocolate paste.

10. Sift in low-gluten flour, stir evenly, add cashew nuts, and mix well.

11. Pour the mixed batter into the container.

12. Preheat the oven at 190℃, middle level, 25-30 minutes.

Tips:

The original recipe used high-gluten flour, I changed to low-gluten flour.
