Berry Chocolate Mousse

Gelatine soaked in ice water for later use

Cut the brownie into a suitable size and put it in a container

Heat the milk until slightly bubbling, pour it into the chocolate, let it stand for a while, and mix well

Add gelatine while it is hot and mix

Whip the whipped cream to 6 minutes, add the chocolate and mix well

Pour into the mold, shake out the bubbles, put it in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours
