Cabbage Stewed Sweet Potato Flour

1. Sweet potato soup powder, Chinese cabbage.

2. Soak the sweet potato soup powder in water for 1 hour.

3. Cut the cabbage into sections.

4. Boil water in a pot, add the cabbage and blanch thoroughly.

5. Heat the lard in a pot, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

6. Add Chinese cabbage.

7. Stir-fry evenly, add chicken broth (or water), and bring to a boil. Season with salt.

8. Add the soaked sweet potato soup powder.

9. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat, add MSG to increase freshness.

10. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl.
