Pork Ribs and Potatoes

The spare ribs bought in the supermarket have been cut, and they will be cleaned and set aside after returning home.

Chop garlic and set aside.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, and then blanch the ribs to remove the blood.

After blanching, rinse with water, drain the water and put on a plate for later use.

Then add the aniseed, potatoes, and water until the soup is over. Bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then add sweet potato soup powder, sugar, chicken essence, salt, and balsamic vinegar.

Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add Pixian bean paste when you stir-fry the ribs!
