Healthy food in winter.
It has fiber (cabbage), protein (tofu and pork), starch (sweet potato vermicelli), and it is a nutritious home-cooked dish.

Ingredients

Cabbage Tofu Meatball Soup

1. Put the chopped green onion, minced ginger, a little salt and a little water in the meat stuffing, stir in a clockwise direction, and marinate for later use.

4. Sauté chopped green onion and shredded ginger in 80% hot sauce.

5. Put in a large bowl of water, pour into a box of sliced tough tofu

Tips:

Put a little salt in the soup because there is also salt in the balls.
