Calcium Supplement Bibimbap Baby Food Supplement, Seaweed + Light Dried Shrimp Skin + Sesame
1.
Ingredients: 15g seaweed, 8g light dried shrimp skin, 15g sesame
2.
Tear the seaweed thinly with your hands. If the baby is under 1 year old, you need to use a food processor to break it. 🌻Tips: When choosing seaweed, choose no-sand-free seaweed. Look at the ingredient list again and choose not to add additional salt. There is no salt in this bibimbap, and it's mainly seasoned with shrimp skins.
3.
Stir the unsalted light shrimp skin into a powder. If the shrimp skin is salty, you need to soak the saltiness of the shrimp skin first, fry it and then break it. 🌻Tips: Shrimp skin ranks first in calcium supplementation, but it is not easy to digest. No matter how old the baby is, it is better to digest it as a powder.
4.
When the pan is hot, add raw sesame seeds to low heat and stir fry until fragrant. If it is cooked sesame seeds, sauté them until fragrant.
5.
When the sesame seeds are slightly yellowed, pour the shredded shrimp skin into the pot and stir fry for 1 minute.
6.
Finally, pour the crushed seaweed into the pot.
7.
Continue to stir-fry for about 3 minutes, and stir-fry all the ingredients until fragrant. When the seaweed turns emerald green, it can be out of the pot.
