Candied Apple
1.
Prepare 3 apples with nearly 500 grams of eggs and appropriate amount of starch
2.
Pour an appropriate amount of starch into the flavour bucket, then beat in two egg whites and stir well. Note, if it’s dry, add another egg white and add starch until it is made into a silky shape.
3.
Cut the apples into pieces of the same size, put them into the starch paste and cover them with the starch paste. Heat up the frying pan and fry the apple pieces to golden brown
4.
Remove the fried apples to control the oil, pour out the oil in the pot, leave a little base oil, add 100 grams of sugar, 50 grams of water, and boil until large bubbles. When the bubbles change from large bubbles to small bubbles and then the color is slightly yellow, the apples are quickly stir-fried until they are covered with syrup. Put the pot on the plate!
Tips:
A very good dessert dish, cook it a few times and it will get better and better!
