Candied Bayberry
1.
Prepare fresh bayberry.
2.
Wash the bayberry twice, soak it in light salt water for half an hour, and then wash it again with running water.
3.
Dry the washed bayberry and put it in a clean crisper. (It’s almost done after washing, only this is left)
4.
Add appropriate amount of sugar and put it in the refrigerator for more than two hours. (Adjust the amount of sugar according to your own taste)
5.
This is the refrigerated bayberry. It has become soft and juicy. I can’t wait to eat it. It will be done in a few minutes, so I have to buy it again and make it!
Tips:
1. There may be small bugs in the bayberry. Soak it in light salt water when cleaning it.
2. The bayberry is more delicious when marinated for a few hours.
