Candied Bayberry

First wash the fresh bayberry that you bought, take a clean basin, put a little salt, melt, put the washed bayberry in, soak in light salt water for 30 minutes, remove and drain! spare! You can also refer to my recipe for making bayberry dew, and use the leftover bayberry when making bayberry dew to make this dessert, so that you can use a batch of bayberry to make 2 desserts! ~Haha!

Put the drained bayberry in a jar or bowl, put an appropriate amount of sugar, mix well, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours!

During the refrigerating period, take out and stir several times. The amount of sugar can be adjusted by yourself. When the sugar is completely melted and the bayberry is pour into it, the candied bayberry is completed. Tips:
This candied bayberry can be made from fresh bayberry or the remaining bayberry after boiling bayberry dew. It tastes delicious.
