Candied Grapefruit Peel

Wash the grapefruit and peel it with a fruit knife

Fresh grapefruit peel, gently rub it with salt

Knead the grapefruit peel to soften and change color

Wash a few times in cold water, soak in cold water, use more clean water when soaking, and rinse a few times. I soak for about 24 hours and remove it and it feels very small.

Put white sugar and a proper amount of poached pomelo peel in a cold pan, and it will become transparent when cooked

Cook until the sugar is thick and there is no moisture

When it's cold, add white sugar, I like to eat coconut paste, sprinkle some crushed coconut paste, and taste better
