Steamed Pork with Pomelo Peel

1. Separate the yellow skin of the grapefruit peel from the white flesh, and take only the white flesh,

2. Cut into 1.5X6 cm strips,

6. Squeeze out the water again,

7. Soak in water for a day, three times in total.

8. Finally squeeze out the water and set aside.

9. Wash and slice pork belly,

10. Add minced ginger and garlic,

11. Pour in bean paste, pepper, salt,

12. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce,

13. Mix well.

14. Add rice noodles,

15. Mix well.

16. Add the grapefruit zest and mix well.

17. Into the disk,

Tips:
