Pork Ribs and Lotus Root Soup

Clean the spare ribs, put cold water into the pot and boil until tumbling and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the water and set aside

Prepare scallions, two spoons, star anise, cinnamon, grapefruit peel, remove the white part, leave the thin skin part, and cut into ginger slice size for later use

Add pork ribs, ginger, green onions, grapefruit peel, star anise, and cinnamon to the pressure cooker. Cook until the pressure valve rises and cook for 10 minutes and wait for the pressure valve to fall.

Carrots, lotus root, cut into pieces and set aside

Add lotus root, carrots, 2 tablespoons of salt to the ribs soup pot, cover the pot, cook until the pressure valve rises, then cook for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and serve after the pressure valve returns.
