Candied Grapefruit Peel

Scrap the skin of fresh grapefruit with a rind knife

Rub the fresh grapefruit peel gently with salt

Knead the grapefruit peel to soften and change color

Wash several times in cold water, soak in cold water. When soaking, use more clean water and rinse several times. I soak for about 24 hours to remove
