Candied Green Kumquat
1.
Wash the green kumquat. First scrub the epidermis with salt, then rinse with fruits and vegetables.
2.
Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture from the epidermis.
3.
Cut the green kumquat into two, remove the seeds and put them in the bottle.
4.
Fill the kumquat with 8 points full.
5.
Pour the honey.
6.
The honey does not exceed the kumquat.
7.
Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 days before soaking in water.
Tips:
When soaking in water, the water temperature should not be too high 40 to 50 degrees, so as not to destroy the vitamins in the fruit.
