When eating salmon sashimi, use olive oil to fry the leftover leftovers and mix well with quinoa and drizzle some salad sauce!

Ingredients

Salmon Quinoa Salad

1. Soak the red quinoa for 2 hours in advance, changing the water several times during the period to remove the astringency

2. Put it in the pot and cook for 15 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes

3. Take out and rinse with cold boiling water

4. The remaining ingredients of salmon sashimi, cut into small cubes

5. Put a little olives in the pan and fry until the color changes on both sides

6. Add some salt

7. Add some crushed black pepper

8. Add some Japanese salad sauce to the red quinoa, mix well

9. Put the fried salmon on top of the quinoa

10. Squeeze some green kumquat juice when eating

Tips:

If you don’t have Japanese salad dressing, you can also use salad dressing, or you can make your own vinaigrette!
