Candied Haws

Wash the hawthorn, cut off the head and tail, cut the hawthorn into 2 halves, remove the nucleus, and put it on a stick for use

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add rock sugar and simmer on low heat

Just boil as shown in the picture

Then spread the hawthorn evenly with the syrup, and then sprinkle some sesame seeds for garnish.
Tips:
It can be made of small tomatoes, grapes, or like me with jujube puree in the middle according to your own taste
