Candied Hawthorn

Wash the hawthorn with water

Cut each hawthorn horizontally, remove the nucleus, and remove both ends

Put the washed hawthorn in a boiling pot, add water, the water is 3 times that of hawthorn

Add rock sugar. Rock sugar is added according to personal preference. My house has about 20g, turn on the fire, and then boil it to a low heat to simmer

Cook until the hawthorn is translucent, about 20 minutes

It tastes great after serving it in a bottle and refrigerating it.
