Candied Kumquat

Rub the kumquat with salt water and wipe off the water.

Cut a few knives with a knife and press to squeeze out the seeds.

All cut up.

Take a sterilized bottle without oil and water and put a layer of kumquats.

Sprinkle a layer of sugar.
6.
Add another layer of kumquats.
7.
Sprinkle a layer of sugar, cover and marinate for 2-3 days, until the sugar melts.

Add a bowl of water to the pot, add the marinated kumquats, add rock sugar to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over low heat.
9.
Cook until the soup is thick and the kumquat is transparent.
Tips:
Sealed and refrigerated after preparation. Use a clean and dry spoon when feeding.
