Candied Kumquat

Clean the kumquats. First, soak the kumquats in clean water with a small amount of salt for ten minutes, and then scrub them.

Cut into petals. Use a knife to make 6 to 7 cuts in the kumquat. Use a toothpick to pick out the kumquat seeds, and then gently press from top to bottom to form petals.

cook. Put the kumquats in the pot, add water, and the amount of the kumquats just passed. Add rock sugar, turn to low heat on medium heat, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, wait until the kumquat becomes translucent, and collect the juice on high heat.
