The New Year’s Eating is boring, and I have to ask for some refreshing snacks~~ This was prepared early
Kumquat is just eaten like this. My kiss always thinks it is sour in it. It's a pity that I just throw away the inside after eating the skin, so that the girl will eat it all with joy~~"

Candied Kumquat

1. Wash the kumquat and remove the stalk.

2. Use the edge of a knife to cut around, generally cut five times, and press it into a beautiful flower shape.

3. Cut the kumquat, pinch the two ends and press it in the middle. Some of the cores will jump out of the slit. You can pick out the other cores with a toothpick.

4. After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the kumquats and turn to medium-low heat.

5. Use a spoon to gently flip the kumquat, turn off the heat when the kumquat peel is slightly soft, remove the hot kumquat, and boil the water.

6. Prepare the kumquat bottle to be blanched and let cool.

7. The rock sugar is powdered with a food processor, a layer of kumquat, and a layer of rock sugar powder (the bottle of powdered sugar that is the last kiss in the picture, the girl is afraid of the core sour and the powdered sugar is poured, I look back~ ~ Oh my god!) So, just pickle all the kumquats and put them in the refrigerator. After three or four days, the rock sugar powder will melt, and you can eat it when you are greedy~

8. Dear and Dad love to eat very much, I can eat a bottle in one breath~~ I prefer to make it in snacks.

9. Colorful, refreshing taste, not enough love!
