Some time ago, I went to a friend’s house to pick kumquats and came back to make some candied kumquats, which are delicious and healthy. 1. Wash the kumquat and drain the water

2. Use a sharp knife to cut the kumquat lengthwise with 5-6 knives, do not cut it, and then squeeze it to squeeze out the seeds
