Candied Orange Peel

Soak the oranges in warm water for 30 minutes

Use salt to remove the wax on the outside and rub it several times

Cut the orange into small pieces

Peel the orange flesh and set aside the orange zest

Use a knife to remove the white part

Soak the processed orange peel into small strips in warm water for half a day, changing the water every other time

Boil the rock sugar with some water until it melts

Put the soaked orange zest in the pot and add half a lemon juice

Cook until the juice is collected and dried orange peel becomes transparent, stir while boiling

After taking it out, spread it out and let it cool

Just coat with sugar
Tips:
Clean the white part of the orange peel! If you soak for a longer time, there will be no taste!
