Sour Plum Soup

Wash the raw materials, put them in a pot, and add 3 kg of drinking water. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to medium-low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then add rock sugar (lumps) and cook for 10 minutes. The rock sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in sweet-scented osmanthus and stir evenly, let it cool naturally, then put it in a container, and put it in the refrigerator for better taste.

③Don't cover the pot, it can make the bitter taste of orange peel evaporate better. Remember not to keep on high heat or cook for too long, it will easily produce a slight bitter taste.
