Candied Orange Peel
1.
Dig out the white part of the orange zest. The cleanest you can dig, the better. You can also scrape off the peel directly with a fruit knife.
2.
Cut the scraped peel into strips (of course the shape is personal preference), add water and white sugar to boil (the amount of sugar is probably enough to sprinkle a layer on the surface of the orange peel, and then add water to it)
3.
Keep a small fire and boil until the color is transparent, then collect the juice on a high fire
4.
Place it in a ventilated place for a few days, and sugar crystals will gradually precipitate on the surface (the finished candied orange peel can be used to make various bread and snacks, and some roasted meat can also be put)
