Candied Orange Peel

Cut orange peel into strips

Put the orange peel in a bowl, add water to soak for 1 hour, change the water halfway

After the soaked orange peel is drained, the white flesh is removed one by one (white flesh has a bitter taste)

Cut the orange zest and orange meat into small cubes

Put a little water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then add rock sugar

After melting the rock sugar, add diced orange peel, diced orange meat and lemon slices

Bring to the boil, change to medium and low heat and cook slowly, stir with a spoon, and turn off the heat when the sugar water is slowly dried and becomes viscous.

Put it in a clean container after cooling
