Candied Orange Peel

Prepare orange peels and make use of the finished fruit peels

Use a knife to carefully remove the white part, rub off the fruit wax from the epidermis with a little salt, and then clean it.

Put it in the pot and cook until translucent, remove and drain

Put in caster sugar, mix well and marinate overnight, take it out the next day, put it on a golden plate, put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 100 degrees for about half an hour.

The finished product is drooling
