Candied Orange Peel

After peeling off the orange peel, cut off the white part inside, leaving only the yellow peel. The white part is too bitter

After finishing, wash with salt water, cut into filaments, add 2 grams of salt and mix well.

The old rock candy I use, break it with a food processor, put the rock candy in and mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours

Marinate until the rock sugar is completely melted

Basically boil the juice to dry

After letting cool, sprinkle with some rock sugar powder, put it in an airtight box, and then seal and marinate for a few days to taste better.
