The real wild apricots picked by myself are dipped in the light of relatives every year and can eat such good apricots.

First wash the apricots, peel and remove the pits.

Add water to a boil in a pot, add rock sugar, and boil the white sugar.

Pour in the apricot meat and boil it for 2-3 minutes. If you like to eat soft, you can cook it for a while.

Taste the taste, if the apricots are more sour, you can increase the sugar content.

Pour it into a blanched bottle while it is hot and seal it for storage.

The canned apricots are ready, it's better to cool in the refrigerator in summer😋
