Canned Hawthorn

Wash the hawthorn, remove the nucleus (using a straw or pen holder), set aside

Add water to the pot according to the amount of hawthorn. Heat over medium heat. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and white sugar according to personal sweetness.

Bring the water to a boil and add the hawthorn. Heat on medium heat for three or four minutes. After allowing it to cool, pour it into an airtight container and put it in the refrigerator.
