Canned Hawthorn

Wash the hawthorn and remove the nucleus with a pen cap.

Clean again, add water to the casserole, put rock sugar and white sugar after the water is boiled, and put the hawthorn in a few minutes.

Turn off the fire after 2-3 minutes.
Tips:
Hawthorn can't be cooked for too long, mine is a bit too long, the skin will crack.
