Canned Meat Stew with Dried Vegetables

1. Prepare ingredients: half a box of canned pork, day lily and fungus soak in advance

2. Blanch the daylily and fungus thoroughly in water

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic until fragrant

4. Add day lily and fungus and stir fry for a while

5. Put in soy sauce

6. Add oyster sauce

7. Add canned pork and a little water and simmer for a while

8. Add green onions

9. Stir fry until the green onions are soft

Tips:

Blanch the daylily and fungus thoroughly with water. Don’t add too much water when simmering. The canned meat can be simmered for two minutes.
