Canned Meat Stew with Dried Vegetables

Prepare ingredients: half a box of canned pork, day lily and fungus soak in advance

Blanch the daylily and fungus thoroughly in water

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add day lily and fungus and stir fry for a while

Put in soy sauce

Add oyster sauce

Add canned pork and a little water and simmer for a while

Tips:
Blanch the daylily and fungus thoroughly with water. Don’t add too much water when simmering. The canned meat can be simmered for two minutes.
