Canned Oranges

Peel off the outer skin of the orange, and separate the flesh one by one. The white skin on the flesh is edible, but the canned food will be a little bitter and affect the taste. If you want a good taste, try to remove the white skin. I chose a smaller orange.

Use a toothpick to cut the orange petals apart so that they will taste better when cooked.

Put water and rock sugar in a pot to boil, then add oranges and cook together.

After the water is boiled again, cook for 7, 8 minutes.

After turning off the heat, cover and simmer for another 3 minutes to complete. After letting cool, put it in the refrigerator and keep it sealed for a better taste!

Put the canned oranges into the glass bowl.
