A big cantaloupe brought by a friend was not too sweet and only ate a little, so it was a pity to throw it away. I remember that there are cantaloupe fillings in the desserts sold outside, and I thought about using it to make fillings. The taste is really good. Although it is not as strong as the cantaloupe outside, you can eat it yourself.

Cantaloupe Filling

1. Peel the cantaloupe, remove the flesh, and cut into small pieces

2. Pour into the pot and add water (the amount of water should not be too much, half of the cantaloupe will do)

3. Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat

4. Boil until the moisture disappears (be careful not to boil over when stirring), turn off the heat

5. Add oil in a non-stick pan, pour the cantaloupe filling, and sauté slowly over low heat

6. When the moisture is reduced to half, add sugar and continue to stir fry

7. Turn off the fire until you like it

Tips:

The amount of sugar can be added or subtracted freely.
