Cantaloupe Filling

Peel the cantaloupe, remove the flesh, and cut into small pieces

Pour into the pot and add water (the amount of water should not be too much, half of the cantaloupe will do)

Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat
4.
Boil until the moisture disappears (be careful not to boil over when stirring), turn off the heat
5.
Add oil in a non-stick pan, pour the cantaloupe filling, and sauté slowly over low heat
6.
When the moisture is reduced to half, add sugar and continue to stir fry
7.
Turn off the fire until you like it
Tips:
The amount of sugar can be added or subtracted freely.
