Carambola Stuffed Meat

Prepare the ingredients, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, minced ginger and water starch to the minced meat, mix well, set aside for flavor

Remove the corners and crust of the starfruit, and use a continuous blade (that is, without cutting in the middle) into a starfruit clip. A starfruit can probably be cut into 7-8 starfruit clips.

Stuff the delicious minced meat in the carambola tongs and place them on the plate

Put it in a steamer and steam for 8 minutes
