Clean the corn kernels and drain the water

Put a small piece of butter in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and turn it to a boil

Put the sugar on the butter and keep the heat to a minimum

Stir fry until the sugar melts

Put corn kernels and stir fry

Until the white sugar is scorched, the corn kernels burst into the first flower
