Prepare all ingredients.

Rinse the casserole, let it dry, add butter, and heat it over low heat until it melts.

Pour the corn kernels, stir evenly, and heat until you see the first popcorn popping out.

Hurry up and close the lid.

Listen carefully, you can turn off the fire when the sound is strong or weak, and continue to explode with the remaining temperature.

There is no sound anymore, just open the lid and let the water vapor evaporate.

1. The casserole must be resistant to dry burning. I use the Heile casserole that does not break dry and cold. I have not tried ordinary casserole.
2. The butter has a low melting point, so the heat must be low throughout the whole process to avoid bursting.
3. For those who like to eat sweet, add some sugar and mix evenly before covering the lid.
