Homemade Healthy-caramel Popcorn

Add salad oil and corn kernels into a non-stick pan, cover the pan, heat it on medium heat, and turn off the heat when it cracks.

At the same time, add water and sugar to the milk pot and cook it into a caramel color.

Turn off the heat in the milk pan, add butter and honey, turn on a low heat, cook until caramel color, turn off the heat.

When the crackling stops, the popcorn is complete.

Add the popcorn to the caramel while it is hot and mix well.
Tips:
1. Finally, when out of the pan, spread the caramel popcorn on the baking tray and let it cool, otherwise it will stick together.
2. It is recommended not to be exposed to the air for a long time, as it will become soft.
