Caramelized Cranberry Madeleine

1. Mix the caramel sauce, egg liquid and sugar together and stir until the sugar melts;

2. Sift in low-powder and baking powder, cut and mix evenly;

3. Add melted butter, cut and mix evenly;

4. Add chopped dried cranberries and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour;

5. Put it in the Madeleine Mold;

6. Put it into the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes. Please refer to your own temperature for the specific time and temperature.
